#4 - Why are you recruiting for this position? The answer
to this will show you if the company is growing (which is a good thing) or if
the previous person in the job decided to quit or was fired or maybe they were
promoted.
#5 - Who do you compete with and which are your main
competitors? This will give you a feel for the companies position in their
market.
